About Corban OneSource

Corban OneSource may be one of the larger HRO's in the mid market space (clients that have between 75 and 2,000 employees) but if you were to ask our clients why they continue to renew their agreements with us they will tell you the same thing they tell us; "because your people take great care of our people."

We are often asked "What is so different about Corban OneSource?" It is our definition of service; service both to our clients and our community.  We know the phrase excellent customer service is over used and has lost it's true identity in todays business climate. "We get it". However, it is because "we get it" that makes us know not only what real excellence looks like but more importantly, how to consistently deliver it. It is the true differentiator that distinguishes us from other companies and more importantly it is how we define ourselves. It is our intention to weave Raving Fans Customer Service into every fiber of our organization. We relentlessly pursue excellence in all that we do and having been an HRO for going on two decades, wisdom tells us that though true excellence is an unattainable goal it is however achievable through the pursuit itself. As it has been said;

"It's not reaching the top of mountain that counts but rather the climb".

People are our greatest asset

We believe people are our greatest asset and are not only responsible but also accountable to our "climb" / pursuit of excellence. We invest a significant amount of time and resources selecting the people that join our team to ensure they understand the level of customer satisfaction we expect for our clients. We believe that the strength of any organization is its people and that is our true differentiator.

Critical expertise, overall intellectual capital and individual capabilities are without a doubt a great benchmark to determine skillsets in our delivery model. We consider this our second level of interviewing with our first assessment being: Will this person do what is right? Does this person have the character, ethics and morals that are consistent with our corporate philosophy? Do they understand our requirements of 100% integrity at all times? We seek out not only "the sharpest tool in the shed" but also the ones who love to garden. We are not perfect (by any means) but we strive for perfection/excellence and are always open and seeking ways to get better.

We are often asked “is there a Mr. Corban?”  Interestingly, our name is not from our founder and current CEO but rather from the best selling book ever. The name is greek in origin and embodies our goal.

It is an honor and a joy to serve and we are truly blessed to have our clients.
