  • Federal, State and Local Taxes are Paid
  • Appropriate Funds Transfer / Banking

  • Verifying payroll data for accuracy
  • Respond to employee inquiries and third parties
  • Process terminations, LOA’s, transfers, status changes, etc.

  • Reconcile changes
  • Process employee deductions for liens, garnishments, etc.
  • Send over payroll to preview first and final approval
