These Equity/Capital firms engage us during the due diligence process to conduct a combination of an on-site visit as well as a remote information gathering process (to minimize any potential business disruption) to analyze potential HR risks with compliance and the overall business practices within the HR function. This audit is specifically designed to uncover potential risks within the HR Department that may have a significant impact (financial or otherwise) on the acquiring company.
Privately Owned or Public Companies
Individual companies will engage our HR Audit team during their corporate growth cycle as their HR risk and compliance continues to increase with their overall company growth. HR laws/regulations (Cobra, FMLA, Health Benefits, etc.) change not only according to company size but also as new legislation is passed on both a state and federal level.
