Message from CEO:

Everyone knows we are in unchartered waters with the COVID-19 virus pandemic but our philosophy is simple and has always been that way.  When faced with adversity, make the necessary changes but continue to do the things that need to get done and do them better than ever before.  Having corporate offices in the state of Florida, we have BCP’s (Business Continuity Plans) that have been in place for decades, tested regularly and practiced.  Whether it was hurricane Katrina, tornado’s or the Coronavirus, we have been practicing and preparing for an event like this for the last 23 years.  We deployed our BCP weeks ago and our clients were not even aware as the transition went so smoothly.  As one of our team manager’s stated on one of our many video calls: “You play like you practice and practice how you play.” (actual credit going to former Navy Seal Marcus Luttrell)

We have never missed a payroll for a client since the inception of our company in 1997 as we know how important it is for people to get paid and paid accurately regardless of the circumstances.  As all of our clients know, we do way more than payroll and are here to support them from an HR and Benefits Administration standpoint as well.  We know the HR laws are changing nearly every day and we are keeping up with all of the updates so we can continue to support them.

We will continue to follow CDC guidelines and have our teams working remotely in order to continue to deliver the support our clients have come to expect.  We will continue to pray for those in need and for those that are most vulnerable to the coronavirus.  Things are getting better every day with prevention as well as possible treatment and we look forward to moving forward.

Thank you,

Norman LeClair
