One of our favorite office traditions is packing shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child. It brings us joy to pack them, but nowhere near the amount of joy it will bring to a child across the world. November 14th-21st is National Collection Week, meanings it’s time to get going and get those boxes packed and dropped off.

Packing a box is simple! To start, all you need is a shoe box, plastic container, or an Operation Christmas Child cardboard box. Pack the box with small toys, school supplies, non-liquid hygiene items, crafts, accessories, and top it off with a personal note. All these items can be found at a dollar store or department store such as Walmart or Target. Take a look at this video for more information about shoe box packing.

Operation Christmas Child is a part of our Corban Cares program and has been for over a decade. Packing shoeboxes as a company has created a special place in our hearts for this time together and a place for the children who will receive them.
